Candy Factory
Today we went on a tour of the hammond Candy Factory with the Ms. Carol, Andrew, Celeste and baby Sadie. It was amazing to see how much work goes into making candy. It was fun to watch all the different flavors being made. The smells were amazing. And of course, there were lots of samples.
After the tour, we had a picnic at a park. The weather was beautiful!!

Children's Museum
Last Friday, we went to the Children's Museum with our friends Celeste, Sadie and Ms. Carol. Molly has never been there and it has been almost 2 years since Ava has been. What a great way to spend the day. We played with tools, basketball, dressed up and even played outside because the weather was great. I have been very bad at remembering to bring my camera place. So, thanks for the pictures Carol!! This is my first attempt to download pictures on my new laptop!! Wish me luck!!

Family Update
I can't believe how long it has been since I have last blogged. I guess that we are all trying to get back into some sort of a routine. And I haven't been very good about taking pictures. Here is a little update on everyone.........
Mike has been working really hard at work. He had a wonderful Nov. and December. He is selling like crazy. So much so that he finally got his raise that was approved a year ago! Congrats honey!!
I am starting to "nest" and having trouble in our townhome. It still doesn't feel like home. So, we are desperately looking for a house in order to be settled by the time the baby comes!
Ava is thriving in school and is starting to recognize and read a few words! It's great! We have started looking at schools for her next year.
Molly really trying hard to potty train. Or should I say I am working hard??? She won't wear diapers so I have opted for pull-ups. We have a ways to go but she is working hard. We found a school where Molly can do 1 day a week next year and she has to be potty trained so that is a great incentive!!
Baby Cummings is growing like crazy! I can't believe that I am halfway through my pregnancy. And I can't believe that I have halfway to go to. Some days I feel really huge but other days I don't feel pregnant at all! All of us especially the girls are anxiously awaiting her arrival!!

Arizona
We had a great time with the Cummings' family in Arizona. This year was extra special because the whole family was in town! The weather was absolutely perfect too.
It was so hard to come back to the cold and snow. The girls had a ton of fun hanging out with all "the cousins". Mom and dad loved the fact that both girls were old enough to have sleepovers at the Schmidts' house. It was definitely a vacation for each of us. The "cousins" pretty much took over care of the girls. There was always a babysitter around. On several occasions, the girls were bathed and hair styled we went went to pick them up! What a great break for Mom.
Dad enjoyed two days of golfing on the course right outside the Schmidts house.
And as usual, the girls were spoiled with wonderful gifts from all! Thanks to the Glowacks once again, for letting us use their condo! And all the great hospitality from Nana and Papa and Anne and Perry! What great memories we will have from our trip!
