Mr. Biggs

Today we spent the day with some wonderful friends at our favorite place. Mr. Biggs is a great place! We had fun in the foam factory throwing balls at each other, playing in Little Big town where the girls dressed up and played pretend. The boys, including Mike, and Kevin got to race each with go Karts. What a treat!

The Zoo with Grandma

Yesterday the weather was a lot cooler than it has been in a while. My mom and I have been waiting for a "cool" day to take the girls to the zoo. The weather was perfect! It started to get hot when we were leaving but there was still a nice breeze! Rachel enjoyed her first visit to the zoo. Thank goodness for the Baby Bijorn. Ava and Molly loved all of the animals! The carousel and train were a big hit as usual!!

Happy Birthday Ava

Yesterday we celebrated Ava's 5th birthday at Chuck E Cheese! What a fun place! We had a lot of fun playing games and riding the rides. It was great to see everyone!

Ryan's 30!!

Last night we headed downtown for a delicious seafood dinner at Willie G's. Yummy! The girls were very well behaved. I think that they must enjoy going out to dinner just like their mother. My brother is 30!! Which makes me feel even older!!

2 Weeks!!!

2 weeks from yesterday we close and get possession of our new house! And yes we are counting! This townhome has done it's job for the past 8 months. Never in a million years did we think it would take us this long to find a place. We knew what we wanted and refused to settle. But, we are busting at the seams to get out of here and into our new place. I am looking forward to having Rachel in her own room! And Molly and Ava will each have their own rooms too! Now the work begins!! Thank goodness we left a lot of stuff in boxes from our last move!!

Rachel's Baptism

On Saturday evening, our Rachel became a full fledged member of the Catholic Church. It was a wonderful mass with family and friends! We love our new priest. He told jokes throughout the whole baptism. It was a very special occasion. Rachel's dress has a very special history. The dress is almost 50 years old. It was worn by my godmother, me, Ava, Molly and now Rachel. I am hoping to keep the tradition alive and pass it onto my grandchildren.













After the baptism mass, we continued the celebration at my parents house. It was a great time!

Dinner with the Fam

On Friday night, The Cummings, Schmidts, and the Csibas met for dinner. We ate at the Trail Dust. What a great place for kids. this was the first time we have ever been to this resturant. There is a big slide, live country music, and a dance floor. What fun! It was a great place to visit and the kids were entertained by their wonderful cousins. Rachel enjoyed meeting all her aunts and uncles for the first time!!

Mom's Birthday

I had a wonderful birthday yesterday. We celebrated my going to Maggiano's for dinner. The girls enjoyed the "party" and were wonderfully behaved! I always get nervous when we go to a restaurant with white table clothes. Thanks for the good wishes everyone!!
